The Tipard 1800 takes digitalisation and automation in agriculture to the next level. Tipard 1800 is an autonomous multi-carrier platform for the automation of entire process chains from sowing and fertilising to weed and pest control through to harvesting in arable and special crop cultivation and fruit growing. The focus here is on performance, efficiency and multifunctional use.
The multi-carrier platform provides maximum flexibility with five mounting points for conventional and new attachments. These can be flexibly installed on the carrier platform using innovative interface technology. Seven modular attachment points can be equipped with various combustion engines, auxiliary fuel tanks and battery packs. This means the platform can do tasks for up to 24 hours and more. Due to its weight and compact dimensions, the Tipard 1800 can be transported using a standard trailer with a gross vehicle weight rating of 3.5 tons and an appropriate vehicle for towing.

hanks to the flexibly adjustable axle track and clearance, the Tipard 350 can enter plantations of different heights and sizes. The hydraulic passive chassis leveling makes for a perfectly smooth ride always keeping sensors and imaging equipment aligned perfectly parallel to the ground. This facilitates 24/7 autonomous data collection, saving customers valuable time and resources. Captured data can be sent via a stable wireless connection directly to the plant breeder´s database where it can be accessed in real time. In addition, Tipard 350 is already used for precisely taking soil samples in order to ensure regular and sustainable soil analyses.

RTK-GNSS multiband reciever LoCAT for mobile robotics, agricultural attachments and other off-highway machines:
LoCAT Basic (Single): for the universal use in applications that require centimetre-accurate positioning.
LoCAT Heading (Dual): for precise position and direction determination.
Sensitive high-resolution collision sensor unit, which can detect the position and associated force of objects in tall vegetation and simultaneous determines whether these could damage the machines.
Our chaLYNX system uses RGB camera technology in conjunction with artificial lighting to capture images of plants and objects in the field regardless of the time of day. Our powerful on robot image processing system can achieve real-time evaluation of complex recognition challenges such as recognizing plant species, determination of the growth centre, disease, or fruit size.
