We offer apprenticeships

Even during my apprenticeship as an electronics technician for devices and systems, I was involved from the very beginning in developing innovative solutions in the field of agricultural robotics and automation. I was particularly fascinated by the combination of modern technology and practical applications. After successfully completing my apprenticeship, I was hired full-time and am currently continuing my education to become a technician. I’m all the more excited to rejoin the team afterward and contribute to forward-looking projects.

Apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems

As a company that offers apprenticeships and internships, we pass on our knowledge to young talent and nurture the skilled professionals of tomorrow.

Whether it’s electronics, software development, or automation – at our company, apprentices learn how ideas become reality.

We currently offer apprenticeships in two exciting fields, providing young talent with a hands-on start to their professional careers:

IT Specialist for Application Development

Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems

In addition, we enable students in dual-track degree programs to optimally combine theory and practice and gain valuable professional experience.

Current: The next apprenticeship positions will be available starting in September 2027.

Practical experience

Whether through a work-study position, a thesis project, or a practical semester, we offer students a wide range of opportunities to gain hands-on experience, deepen their knowledge, and apply it in real-world settings. You’ll gain exciting insights into our projects and have the chance to actively contribute to innovative solutions. We also offer high school students the opportunity to gain their first impressions and get to know our day-to-day work through an internship lasting at least one week.
